0.7 oz. whole oats

60 ml of water

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 oz. chopped almonds

1 teaspoon chia seeds

3 oz. berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, cherries)

stevia droplets to taste


Mix oats with water and heat in microwave for 30 seconds. Stir.

Add cinnamon and stevia droplets. Mix well. Garnish with chopped almonds, chia seeds and berries.

* If your plan has 1.5 oz. whole oats you will need 120 ml of water, 45 seconds in microwave.
