MUSHROOM CEVICHE

3.5 oz. chopped mushrooms

juice of 1 lemon

3 tablespoon chopped bell pepper (red, green and yellow)

1 chopped green onion

1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

1 teaspoon chopped hot chili (optional)

pinch of salt

ground pepper

 

In a serving bowl place mushrooms, bell peppers, green onion, cilantro and hot chili. Season with a pinch of salt, lemon juice and ground pepper. Mix well and serve.
